This little perching beret is such a snazzy, fun, and flattering hat to wear during the cold weather months! Blocked in a long-pile animal-print fur felt and with an elegantly modern embellishment of felt loops, this one will go with practically anything you want to wear this season!
This is not a head-size beret but rather, it's worn with an attached millinery elastic that goes around the back of the head and will fit most head sizes. Please specify the color of millinery elastic you'd like the hat to ship with in the "notes to seller" box at checkout. I have black, dark brown, light brown, blonde, gray, and white available.

I like a hat in your shop but would prefer it had a different trim. Can you swap out the trim on an existing hat for me?
In some cases I can do this and in some cases I can't. Please don't hesitate to ask and we can discuss it!
How do I care for and store my new hat?
I'm so glad you asked! Avoid wearing a straw hat in wet weather because it will quickly lose its shape in the rain. You may also find that some dyed straws' colors will run when wet.
Avoid getting fabric trims like silk flowers, ribbon ornaments and veils wet as these can still look droopy even after they dry again.
If a felt hat becomes wet, stuff it loosely with tissue before allowing it to dry. If your felt looks dull or dusty, you can use a bristle brush to brush up the nap again.
To store, stuff your hat loosely with tissue paper to hold its shape, and put it in its hat box away from dust and sunlight. Never hang a hat or keep it on a stand or its shape could become distorted over time.
